Meet Your Instructors
We're Julia Dallimore and Adam Jackson, and we're Commercial Product Photographers. We love to create Hero Shots, for use in advertising, social media and websites. But although we'd both nurtured photography hobbies since childhood, and Adam's parents were both professional photographers, we both worked in completely different jobs.
But a few years ago, we decided we needed to improve the photography for our side hustle, which sells antique and vintage items. For some reason, all our camera knowledge and experience just wasn't working and our photos looked a bit rubbish!
After several wild goose chases involving YouTube and Amazon, we finally decided to learn to actually do things properly. We invested in a course that taught us so well, we became professional photographers! It's worked out brilliantly for us and we now photograph some amazing products for wonderful clients. But that transition didn't happen in a weekend. It took several years, massive investment in kit and a huge amount of practice.
